Registration

Welcome to the registration section of Marlboro Dance Academy. Fall Classes start September 10th. There is no registration fee for returning students. There is a one-time registration fee for new students.

To register call Marlboro Dance Academy at (732) 591-9700 for a class schedule or stop in to observe a class. We would be happy to help you and to answer any questions you may have. Need directions?

Tuition:
Classes run from September to June.
Tuition can be paid monthly, quarterly or yearly. Tuition is due the first week of the month.
Pre-school, Pre-Ballet, and all new students are accepted at any time during the school year.
REFERRAL PROGRAM: earn money towards tuition -- refer a friend receive $20 off the month tuition. There is no limit how many friends you can refer!!

Online Registration:
Please fill out the form below (make sure to read the Regulations and MDA policies at the bottom of this page). We'll email you acknowledging that we have received your registration. After the confirmation email, we will bill you the first tuition. To guarantee the class(es) you've signed up for please send the payment within a week. There is a $20.00 registration fee for new students only(returning students do not have a registration fee). MDA POLICIES: I understand that there are no refunds for missed classes. I also understand that there are no refunds after signing up my child since a class space has been reserved for each registered student. Furthermore, I agree that there will be no billing except for the first month tuition, and if I do receive a bill, it is because my payment is late. I also understand that there will be late fees added. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Marlboro Dance Academy, its owners and instructors, to obtain any appropriate emergency medical treatment which may be available for my daughter/son. I acknowledge that Marlboro Dance Academy does not provide medical insurance for its students. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses which may arise while in attendance at Marlboro Dance Academy. I hereby release and hold harmless, the Marlboro Dance Academy, its owners, instructors, and agents from all liability while in attendance at the Academy.
